A film capturing one woman’s exploration of what role our outer beauty really plays in our lives and happiness.

As she transitions into her forties, the filmmaker pierces through the objectifying paradigm of outer beauty that is entangled with our worth and identity. She then leads us into the full human being reality of outer beauty that holds it in right relationship to who we really are. The film is a sincere journey of dialogue and discovery, inspiring and empowering females to live a well balanced life from the inside out.
